Fall Arrest and Environmental Health and Safety Compliance
As part of a comprehensive review of ten years of past inspections and operational practices, building wide inventory tracking and policy was developed to align with industry standards and Environmental Health and Safety regulations, with specific attention on fall arrest equipment and workplace health and safety.
Risk Assessment and Planning
The Bearded Ladies Cabaret is a queer arts organization based out of Philly. They make use of a box truck-turned-performance stage in their artistic and social justice work. As part of an overall risk assessment procedures and action plans were developed for using the truck in “protest mode” as part of larger social justice actions.
Visual Risk Breakdown Structure
Juniata College embarked on a campus wide risk assessment campaign in the spring of 2018, this comprehensive and visual risk breakdown structure was created after a detailed RBS/assessment was completed of their performing arts center as a part of that effort.

Risk Management Presentation/training for UCIC
Risk Management training as part of the University & College Insurance Consortium annual meeting at Bucknell in 2016. Training was followed by a tour and assessment of both the Performing and Studio Arts facilities on campus.
