Starting as a tower tech in the radio communications industry, Matt quickly worked his way into the position of Field Engineer and Project Manager. He has certifications in advanced technical climbing and rigging as well as high angle rescue as it pertains to industrial rigging. Rounding out his experience Matt now works as an Operations Manager with specific experience in project, business, and risk management.

With an MS. Ed. from Hofstra University, Caitlin has worked in student services, education, and higher ed administration for seven years, in addition to 2 years spent teaching internationally. Caitlin has specific experience in outreach and event organization, enrollment and admissions, communications, data entry, systems analysis and implementation.

Calvin Anderson
Calvin is a lighting and projection designer, as well as a production manager for live events. HIs work comes from a social justice lens, being deeply interested in Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Access work for the theatre industry. He also seres as a facilitator for Mental Health First Aid Training and has been trained in Covid Compliance.
